Yes, we were very satisfied with Matt G. He arrived within the time period given to us. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Matt was also very mindful of protecting our home and cleaning up after himself. Too bad we did not have him (Matt) on the first visit. Thank you Matt you save our butts literally!

The team from Benjamin Franklin plumbing is great. Easy to schedule, they show up on time, they call ahead as expected, do great work, and clean the work area prior to leaving. Sean answered every question and took the time to explain everything in terms that even I could understand. Both he and Grayson were very professional and friendly.

Shaun was great. He stopped in and assessed everything. Disconnect the stove from the gas line and added a shut off for us and completed it all within 30 minutes. The cost for the service was higher than expected but that's not his fault. We will definitely use Ben Franklin again

Had a new toilet installed. Benjamin Franklin’s plumber, Charlie, came out to install it. He called to let me know his status, he was reliable, pleasant and quick! He cleaned up and you wouldn’t even know anyone was there. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from the beginning to the end! The dispatcher that answered my initial call was extremely friendly and helpful! They were able to get someone here the very next morning...on a Saturday! The service man was as friendly as they come as well. Had our pipes unclogged in minutes, and went on his way. Thanks again, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!
